Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms of use

• Plans are billed monthly in South African rand, converted from the US dollar price at the live exchange rate at the time of each charge, and renew automatically on the saved card until you turn auto-renew off in your account.
• Each plan includes a monthly creation allowance. It is used only when a creation succeeds, resets at the start of each billing month, and does not roll over or carry cash value. Longer videos use more of it.
• Some video lengths are only available on Pro, and a fair-use limit applies to each plan's monthly generation volume.
• You may only upload photos, videos and voices you own or have permission to use, including permission from any person who appears or speaks in them. You may not create content that is unlawful, deceptive, sexual, hateful, or that impersonates a real person without consent.
• You own the ads you create, subject to the rights of the people and material in your uploads. AI output can contain mistakes; check every ad before you publish it.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Privacy

• We store your email address, your uploads, the ads you create and your billing history. Card details are held by Paystack, not by us.
• To create an ad, your text and files are sent to the AI services that do the work: OpenAI (writing and content checks), Runware (pictures and video), ElevenLabs (voices) and, for some talking presenters, HeyGen. They process it only to provide the result.
• Files are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived links. Photos are re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes location data.
• To delete your account and files, email the address below.

Refunds and cancellation

• Turn off auto-renew at any time in your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
• If you are charged in error, or a technical fault on our side stopped you using a month you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• Otherwise, months already started are not refunded.
